I am certified though the American Fitness Professionals Association (AFPA) in Holistic Nutrition, and a proud member of the US Board of Nutritionists. During college, I majored in theatre while waking up at 4:00 am to row on the Oklahoma City University Varsity Crew team. I am a firm believer that the way we fuel our bodies sets us up for success, and an even firmer believer that this is less difficult to do than it seems.
This is a great fit for performance-based college courses, sports teams, corporate offices, or even a group of friends all looking to improve their wellness! This option is a good starting point for larger groups looking for basic information on nutrition and concrete steps they can each take to improv their dietary awareness.
If you’re someone who benefits from frequent accountability checks, I’m here for you! We’ll set up a weekly or bi-weekly meetings for 3 months. We’ll chat about your current meal plan, what works for you, what could improve, and dive deep into your “why.” This includes consistently updated meal plans and worksheets.
